Like most kiwi kid's we spent most of our free time in the beautiful outdoors. During my early teenage years, I had developed a natural affinity with plants and herbal medicine, attending courses and workshops which I found fascinating. Drawn to nature and the outdoors, I traveled the world working as a whitewater rafting guide, thoroughly loving the exposure to different cultures and ways of life. Eventually settling to study Natural Medicine, four and a half years later, Qualifying as a Naturopath then a Medical Herbalist. For the last 30 years, I have worked balancing my time between outdoors instructing and practicing as a Natural health practitioner.
