Join my educational workshop to learn how to make your own native plant medicine. This workshop combines traditional Màori plant knowledge with science, to give you a comprehensive understanding of the special benefits of herbal medicine. 

During the workshop, you will be provided with your own workstation where you will learn how to identify some of our popular native herbs such as Manuka, Kawakawa, and Kanuka. You will discover their unique properties and ways in which they can be used to create healing balms and liquid tinctures for year-round use. 

You will leave the workshop with the knowledge of how to make your own Kawakawa balm and Manuka liquid tincture, which you can take home as your own treasure. This workshop will provide you with an understanding of the heritage of herbal medicine and why it has been used for generations.

Duration: 2.5 hours

Included:

• Herbal infusions of native herbs to sip on while learning.

• All manufacturing equipment and notes.

• A 25ml bottle of your own manufactured herbal extract.

• A 10ml balm made from organic herbs, bees and trees all grown on New Zealand soil.

• Safety briefing.

Extras: Special occasion? We also can supply delicious platters of food and drinks on request. This workshop is mobile, do you have a group of ten, and a suitable location? We can travel to you.
